Service hours are also based on Hong Kong time zone. If necessary, 7x24 support services can also be provided. Queue-IT’s technical support department is located in Europe, and most support is provided in English. Talks also need to be conducted in the European working time zone. In Asia, only sales departments or distributors provide support.
